Coconut mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 250 g digestive biscuits
  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbls cocoa
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a processor or rolling pin

  2. mix in the cocoa

  3. stir in the condensed milk and form into balls

  4. push in a marshmallow to look like the stem of the mushroom

  5. roll in coconutcoconut and chill
